Sarah Brandon – Senior Physiotherapist MISCP
Sarah graduated from University College Dublin with two first class honours degrees; a Masters in Physiotherapy and a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Performance Science.
Sarah’s clinical areas of speciality include pilates, sports rehabilitation, neck and back pain. She believes in combining manual techniques and functional rehab exercises to achieve patient specific goals.
Sarah is the Team Physiotherapist for the Irish Senior Polocrosse Team, with trips to South Africa in 2018 and the upcoming World Cup in Australia 2019.
She keeps up to date with the latest research and has undertaken post-grad training in Pilates Instruction, Dry Needling, Urinary Incontinence, Mulligan’s concept of manual therapy, Foot biomechanics and Orthotic prescription.
Throughout her career she has worked with a variety of patient populations including acute sports injuries, occupational related injuries and post-operative rehabilitation.
Outside of clinic, Sarah leads an active lifestyle and particularly enjoys skiing, going to the gym and hiking. She also has a keen interest in horse riding, for which she represents Ireland and competes internationally.
