Scott McCreadie – Chartered Physiotherapist
Scott graduated from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen in Scotland in 2011. He previously worked as the lead Physiotherapist for Montrose Football Club in the Scottish Football League. Hailing from Carnoustie, Scott has a specialist interest in golf related injury, swing biomechanics and performance , having worked with a number of elite golfers.
Scott’s Physiotherapy experience also includes working in the NHS for 7 years, specialising in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. He also spent 5 years working in private practice alongside his NHS role. As part of his role in the NHS he was Physiotherapy student education coordinator, working closely with the three Physiotherapy schools in Scotland. He was also involved in the restructure of the self referral system as part of Musculoskeletal Practice Development group for NHS Tayside.
Scott has experience working with a varied range of musculoskeletal, orthopaedic and chronic pain conditions. He has completed his APPI matwork level 1 Pilates training and uses this as part of his rehabilitation programmes. He has completed specialist training in orthopaedic assessment of upper and lower limbs and has completed AACP Foundation level Acupuncture training.
Outside of work, he is a keen golfer and has represented Carnoustie Golf Links in events across the UK. He has completed four half marathons and continues to strive to get below his two hour target.
