Alice graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 2016 with two honours degrees;  a Bachelors of Science in Physiotherapy and a Masters in Sports and Exercise Medicine.

Since qualifying, Alice has worked extensively within clinical settings as well as in an elite sporting context both at home and abroad. Further, Alice has certified as a strength and conditioning specialist through the NSCA and is competent in Dry Needling.

To date, Alice’s physiotherapy experience has expanded from AIL rugby and intercounty Gaelic Games to international boxing and two global tours as Chief Medical Officer with Riverdance. Alice’s clinical areas of speciality include postoperative lower limb rehabilitation, acute sports injuries and work-related back and neck pain.

Thus, Alice values a rounded approach to client care and recognises the benefit of combining both manual practices with individualised exercise-based rehabilitation in order to reduce pain, restore function and enhance performance across all patient populations.  Alice has an avid interest, and a strong history of participation, in a diverse range of sports which further aids her ability to recognise and manage the physical and psychological burden of injury.
