I first starting seeing Sarah for an Achilles injury in December. Sarah provided great support and a clear plan to overcome my injury. As a runner I found it very frustrating being unable to run but Sarah gave me a very clear progression and tailored plan that allowed me gradually return to running one step at a time as I recovered from my injury. By April I was back to running regularly and almost back to normal - just need to get my fitness back!! Would definitely recommend Sarah for anyone struggling with an injury.

I would highly recommend Sean (Flanagan) at Peak Physio. I had an issue with my elbow (Medial epicondylitis) which Sean helped me resolve in a few weeks through a mixture of accurate diagnosis, spot on treatment and very good rehab plan. Sean also provided me with an excellent follow up service to assist me with achieving goals of improving fitness and strength generally which in turn will hopefully lessen my risk of injuries in the future.

I went to physio after physio and never had any relief. But when I met Sean he took a differnt approach he took me through a great program to build up those tired injuries i have had for a very long time. I had 4 injuries that were all agravated at once I instantly felt better after month 1 no pain or aggervation during or after training. Ive had the best experience with Sean he's so knowledgeable. Fast word to now I'm back lifting weights and dead lifting slowly progressing and my confidence is beaming I feel like I know my triggers and I can identify when my muscles are feeling overworked and I know exactly what to do if I get a flare up. I can't thanks Sean enough he's simply the best physio thank u so much

I had gone to Peak Physio this year with an insertion Achilles injury which had plagued me for a while and stopped me doing most activities.I have done an event called the Art O Neill challenge twice before; it’s an ultra self navigated event from Dublin to Wicklow at night. Previously it was 53k but in recent years its been lengthened.I went to Alice in PP to help me and she able to resolve it in no time and put me in a position where I could head back out into the hills and start training with enough time to be able to attempt the challenge.On Saturday 13th Jan I crossed the finishing line after 16 hours on the hills; 64k in distance a total ascent of around 2 Carrantuohill’s.Bottom line is that without Peak Physio, I couldn’t have done it. Full stop. Cant recommend them highly enough.

I can't recommend Sean at Peak Physio enough. I had shoulder tendinitis with pain that stopped me doing pull ups among other things. Sean worked with me in the gym and gave me specific exercises to target the area progressively working towards getting back to pull ups. After 5 sessions I've just managed 9 strict pull ups with no pain at all! Thanks a mil Sean

Highly recommend! I had knee pain only a few weeks out from a half Ironman. Sean was great, came up with a rehab plan that still allowed me to keep running and build up the miles as the knee recovered. Great that it is located in a gym so we could work through the rehab exercises at each session.

Excellent clinic! I used to visit Declan and Shane, which are both great. They helped me with severe neck pain and headaches and also with foot pain. The diagnose was always accurate and the right treatment was provided. After a few sessions, my condition quickly recovered. Highly recommend place!

After a year and a half of increasing pain and discomfort, I wasn’t sure there was any hope for me for relief from my shoulder injury. Alice (and occasionally Sarah) worked closely with me and slowly but surely things began to improve. She helped line up a consultant she recommended for further treatment. Super happy with my experience at Peak Physio in Ballsbridge. Friendly staff and was seen by Sarah who is an excellent professional therapist. I was recently referred to Physio due to reoccurring severe neck pain which was preventing me from carrying out normal daily activities and impacting on my work. Sceptical due to previous poor experiences with Physios, I wasn't expecting much. However thanks to the patience and perseverance of Sarah guiding me through Physio its been a night and day change. It was and continues to be a process but I have gone from very limited movement in my neck and constantly taking medication to get through the day to function, to having full range of motion in my neck and being virtually pain free most days. Very grateful for all the help Sarah provided during this period and would highly recommend her and Peak Physio for anyone requiring Physio.
