Yordan Delchev
Senior Physiotherapist & Longevity Specialist
Yordan brings a rare combination of clinical physiotherapy expertise and elite performance coaching to every session. With a BSc in Physiotherapy and a Postgraduate Master's degree in Sport and Exercise Medicine from Trinity College Dublin, he has the academic foundation to back every programme he designs.
He is also a certified Lifestyle Medicine practitioner through the Royal College of Surgeons Ireland β meaning he takes a whole-person approach to your health, looking beyond exercise to understand how sleep, stress, nutrition, and daily habits impact your results.
Yordan started his career in health and fitness in 2011 and has spent over a decade working with people of all ages and abilities β from those managing chronic pain or osteoporosis to elite-level bodybuilding and CrossFit athletes. He has vast experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and performance training, and has competed at national level as part of the Bulgarian Bodybuilding National Team.

Yes. As our sessions are provided by CORU-registered chartered physiotherapists, they can be claimed through all major Irish health insurers including VHI, Laya Healthcare, Irish Life Health, and GloHealth. Sessions are also eligible for tax relief under the Med 1 scheme, saving you up to 75% per session.
No referral is needed. You can book directly with us for a consultation. If you’re currently seeing a physiotherapist or other healthcare provider, we’re happy to liaise with them to ensure continuity of care.
Our trainers are chartered physiotherapists β meaning they have a full clinical understanding of anatomy, injury, and rehabilitation. This means your programme is built with your body’s health at its core, not just aesthetic or performance goals. We screen for injury risk, manage existing pain, and progress you safely.
Absolutely. In fact, physio-led training is often ideal for people with a history of injury. We assess your injury, understand your limitations, and build a programme that works around and β where possible β improves your injury through strength and rehab-focused exercise.
Sessions take place at our Ballsbridge clinic, Ground Floor, 56 Lansdowne Road, Dublin 4. We have a fully equipped training space designed for one-to-one work.
Most clients see great results training 2β3 times per week with us. During your consultation we’ll assess your schedule, goals, and recovery capacity to recommend the right frequency for you.
