The main physio Eoin Naughton has over 15 years experience and has worked with sporting organisations such as Irish Boxing Association and at sporting events such as Olympics games as well as working with elite athletes. He specialises in Shockwave Therapy, Dry Needling and Rehab programming. We look to combine the latest in modern medicine and performance technology together with a friendly, hands-on approach. I experienced a serious problem in recent months with my right knee which threatened to permanently restrict my ability to play tennis. Following an MRI scan my GP recommended going to a physio. Eoin & his colleagues in Peak Physio were very professional in setting up and delivering a targeted treatment plan. After a number of visits the problem was eliminated. I was impressed in particular by the effective use of technology (to communicate the various exercises etc) and the excellent long-term advice I received to prevent re occurrence. A pain in my shoulder was stopping me from swimming. The guys in peak physio did dry needling and after one session I was able to go back training. Great service.

I switched to The Peak Physio from a different clinic since I had been suffering from soar legs and joints for a year. The physiotherapist diagnosed my muscle problem and told me how long will it take to recover in my first visit. It was very informative and helpful. Each time, the exercises were clearly explained and also sent out to me by email. It's also easy to change my appointment they have a few clinics in the city centre.
