Our sports profile service is aimed to improve the strength and performance of those participating in sports at any level. Also we will highlight areas of weakness that may predispose an athlete to injury.
The assessment takes 90 minutes to complete. We will be taking you through a battery of tests specific to your sport. This will allow us to determine your strength, stability and flexibility.
From our findings we will be able to design a specific individualised programme.

With sports profiling we will take into consideration the specific nature of your sport and how this impacts on your body, we will also consider any history of injuries or performance related issues. Following your assessment you will be provided a structured online training plan. This can then be used in conjunction with our Physio guided rehab service.
We work in a state of the art gym facility so we have all the equipment required to get a full understanding of your sporting requirements and to help you progress to the next level of your sporting performance.
