Pilates For Runners

This class is targeted towards those who enjoy running both competitively and recreationally. Whether you are a long distance runner or enjoy the occasional 5km, this class is for you!

In this class we will use Pilates mat work combined with standing and sport-specific exercises to improve your body awareness as well as your skill, strength and running performance.
