I switched to The Peak Physio from a different clinic since I had been suffering from soar legs and joints for a year. The physiotherapist diagnosed my muscle problem and told me how long will it take to recover in my first visit. It was very informative and helpful. Each time, the exercises were clearly explained and also sent out to me by email. It's also easy to change my appointment they have a few clinics in the city centre.

Lise-Ann is very thorough and it was reassuring that she set a specific target for getting me back to playing sport. I would highly recommend Peak Physio, the new location is very conveniently located in the city centre. My lower back pain has gone and I know what stretches and exercises I need to do to keep it that way!

I experienced a serious problem in recent months with my right knee which threatened to permanently restrict my ability to play tennis. Following an MRI scan my GP recommended going to a physio. Eoin & his colleagues in Peak Physio were very professional in setting up and delivering a targeted treatment plan. After a number of visits the problem was eliminated. I was impressed in particular by the effective use of technology (to communicate the various exercises etc) and the excellent long-term advice I received to prevent re occurrence. The professionalism of Peak Physio compares very favourably with my experiences with other physios in recent years.
