I would highly recommend Sean (Flanagan) at Peak Physio. I had an issue with my elbow (Medial epicondylitis) which Sean helped me resolve in a few weeks through a mixture of accurate diagnosis, spot on treatment and very good rehab plan. Sean also provided me with an excellent follow up service to assist me with achieving goals of improving fitness and strength generally which in turn will hopefully lessen my risk of injuries in the future.
Alice is the best... I train for Ironman, and I put my body through it. She has put me back together quickly and accurately a good few times. My wife also goes to her. You're in excellent hands 🙌 .
I went to physio after physio and never had any relief. But when I met Sean he took a differnt approach he took me through a great program to build up those tired injuries i have had for a very long time. I had 4 injuries that were all agravated at once I instantly felt better after month 1 no pain or aggervation during or after training. Ive had the best experience with Sean he's so knowledgeable. Fast word to now I'm back lifting weights and dead lifting slowly progressing and my confidence is beaming I feel like I know my triggers and I can identify when my muscles are feeling overworked and I know exactly what to do if I get a flare up. I can't thanks Sean enough he's simply the best physio thank u so much
I had gone to Peak Physio this year with an insertion Achilles injury which had plagued me for a while and stopped me doing most activities.I have done an event called the Art O Neill challenge twice before; it’s an ultra self navigated event from Dublin to Wicklow at night. Previously it was 53k but in recent years its been lengthened.I went to Alice in PP to help me and she able to resolve it in no time and put me in a position where I could head back out into the hills and start training with enough time to be able to attempt the challenge.On Saturday 13th Jan I crossed the finishing line after 16 hours on the hills; 64k in distance a total ascent of around 2 Carrantuohill’s.Bottom line is that without Peak Physio, I couldn’t have done it. Full stop. Cant recommend them highly enough.
I can't recommend Sean at Peak Physio enough. I had shoulder tendinitis with pain that stopped me doing pull ups among other things. Sean worked with me in the gym and gave me specific exercises to target the area progressively working towards getting back to pull ups. After 5 sessions I've just managed 9 strict pull ups with no pain at all! Thanks a mil Sean
Highly recommend! I had knee pain only a few weeks out from a half Ironman. Sean was great, came up with a rehab plan that still allowed me to keep running and build up the miles as the knee recovered. Great that it is located in a gym so we could work through the rehab exercises at each session.
Sean Flanagan worked on an upper back issue. I saw immediate results from the treatment and i received an excelled rehab plan that helped prevent any reoccurring injury. Excellent treatment, and follow up provided.
I would highly recommend Peak Physio. I worked with Sean over several sessions to relieve back pain. Sean was really helpful and knew exactly what to do to target the pain. The sessions were steady and approachable for somebody who had never been to a physio before
I can definitely recommend Peak Physio. The team is great and facility are well maintain. Alice Fallon is a very good physio. She always makes comfortable. For a long time, I had consistent pain on back/shoulder and I thought it will never go away. After few month of works with Alice, the pain was gone and i am stronger than ever!
After two years dragging with an injury that it got worse and when surgery was already an option, the treatment provided by Alice, methodical and gradual, combined with the shockwave therapy did the job and I finally recovered.I highly recommend Peak Physio.
I cannot recommend Alice in Peak Physio enough! I have been to Alice for various injuries over the past year and a half, most recently with a bad knee injury that required surgery. She has me back doing everything I was doing pre-injury, feeling stronger than ever! I'm so so happy to have found a really good physio in the city centre!

Excellent clinic! I used to visit Declan and Shane, which are both great. They helped me with severe neck pain and headaches and also with foot pain. The diagnose was always accurate and the right treatment was provided. After a few sessions, my condition quickly recovered. Highly recommend place!
After a year and a half of increasing pain and discomfort, I wasn’t sure there was any hope for me for relief from my shoulder injury. Alice (and occasionally Sarah) worked closely with me and slowly but surely things began to improve. She helped line up a consultant she recommended for further treatment. I am 95% pain free now and I’ve gotten my life back! I’m very grateful and highly recommend Peak Physio.
Made a appointment with Shane in peak physio for Madappa (my husband). He did a great job worked wonders on his shoulders.. he has great relief … he suggested few excercise that has helped him a lot .. Shane was very professional and friendly, would definitely recommend.The place itself was so clean and staffs are all very friendly..
My daughter was struggling with pain in her shoulder and it was effecting he GAA. We went to Shane Fishman at Peak Physio, after a few weeks of his exercise plan she was back playing her sport pain free. I would highly recommend Shane and Peak Physio!
Best physio experience! I had the pleasure of being looked after by Shane when I recently had a lower back injury. He provided me with a very effective treatment plan and continued to monitor and access my progress carefully as I returned to each session until my back had improved. Really friendly guy and I felt very comfortable in each session. I would highly recommend booking with Shane.
Super happy with my experience at Peak Physio in Ballsbridge. Friendly staff and was seen by Sarah who is an excellent professional therapist. I was recently referred to Physio due to reoccurring severe neck pain which was preventing me from carrying out normal daily activities and impacting on my work. Sceptical due to previous poor experiences with Physios, I wasn't expecting much. However thanks to the patience and perseverance of Sarah guiding me through Physio its been a night and day change. It was and continues to be a process but I have gone from very limited movement in my neck and constantly taking medication to get through the day to function, to having full range of motion in my neck and being virtually pain free most days. Very grateful for all the help Sarah provided during this period and would highly recommend her and Peak Physio for anyone requiring Physio.
Very happy to recommend Sarah who helped me recover from Achilles Tendonitis. She’s always pleasant, really knowledgeable and patient and in particular helped me build my confidence back up after an ankle injury last Summer that ultimately led to a stay in hospital. I was a little skeptical initially but ultimately I found the shock wave therapy to be really beneficial. With Sarah’s guidance, my running ‘mojo’ has returned again. Patrick
Petra was fantastic in sorting out my back pain. There was a huge improvement after only one session and it was completely gone after a few more. Petra gave me exercises to do at home to help get rid of the pain before giving me more to build strength to help prevent it happening again, and even reached out to see how I was doing after our sessions had ended.Would highly recommend Petra and Peak Physio, thank you!
Declan Hardy, is one of the best physio's I have ever used. He quickly identified wrong diagnosis by another physio in another practice, getting me on the right path to recovery. He has helped me weekly get me towards my goal(s). His knowledge and skill set is amazing.All the staff are very friendly and helpful, I highly recommend Peak Physio
Working from home and prolonged sitting had given me a strong pain in my periformis glute. I had used Peak previously & returned for further sessions, which were really beneficial and gave great pain relief...Petra was very easy to work with and took really good care of me, ensuring the exercises and treatments were varied and also very precise.Highly recommend Peak, Petra and the team.
Sarah is an excellent Physiotherapist probably one of the best I've been to. Her exercise programme was a great help for my achilles tendon injury. Though I didn't get any relief at all with the shock wave therapy.Would highly recommend Sarah

Completed 10 classes of beginners Pilates with Sarah. Zoom worked really well, Sarah great teacher, very clear. Pilates easier than yoga and great for stretching. Learnt a lot of useful exercises.
Sarah did a fantastic job identifying and resolving issues with my knee and designed a tailored exercise program to pinpoint and strengthen problem areas. The entire Peak team and online classes are very helpful. When I showed up, I could barely walk downstairs but am now back to running without pain. Excellent functional therapy.
Petra is an incredible physiotherapist. I have had so much improvement in my running and less pain in general. Everyone at Peak Physio is so kind and incredibly responsive to emails and phone calls. Highly recommend this physio practice.
I had a shoulder injury but after half a dozen visits to Peak Physio Ballsbridge, Declan put me on an exercise program which not only helped me recover but also gave me a better direction for my fitness regime.
I've been a recurring visitor of peak physio since 2017, while seeking shockwave treatment/improvement to what a previous surgeon and "specialist' diagnosed as chronic achiles tendonitis. That one appointment was enough to fix what had been a long standing issue, affecting my quality of life for over 4 years. Since then, I have become a regular visitor for performance training (physio assisted training with a focus on mobility and performance), having worked with multiple staff since then - Scott, Sarah, Eoin, Laura and lastly, Alice, with whom I have been trained and treated for nearly a year now. I can't recommend Peak Physio enough. During this time I have had multiple issues encompassing calves/achiles, hamstrings, piriformis/sciatica, shoulder/rotator cuff injury and various sprains. Staff is very accommodating and friendly.
Visited the Ballsbridge clinic for plantar fasciitis pain in my foot. Eoin was excellent and after 3 months of laser treatment and an excercise plan I am back walking with Pain free. Would definitely recommend Peak Physio.
Visited Alice at the Ballsbridge Peak Physio with frozen shoulder. Had three sessions of dry needling and massage together with list of exercises to do - huge relief gained. Highly recommend
Visited Niamh with severe back and leg pain and after only a few sessions began to feel the results. Also did Pilates with Niamh which I found really great and helped build my back and leg back up. Thanks Niamh!
I had been suffering with shoulder/neck pain and needed some where I could visit during work hours. After two sessions Alice had done wonders and the pain has all but gone. Even after the first session some exercises and advice I noticed the change. I received all the exercises by email with well explained instructions which is a great help. I would highly recommend Alice.
