Senior Physiotherapist & Longevity Specialist
Yordan is uniquely positioned to lead the Longevity Clinic, combining a BSc in Physiotherapy with a Postgraduate Master's degree in Sport and Exercise Medicine from Trinity College Dublin β giving him both the clinical and performance science expertise to design truly comprehensive longevity programmes.
As a certified Lifestyle Medicine practitioner through the Royal College of Surgeons Ireland, Yordan takes a whole-person approach β addressing sleep, nutrition, stress, and daily movement alongside physical training, for changes that last a lifetime.
With over 13 years in health and fitness, Yordan has worked with clients across all ages and abilities β from older adults managing chronic conditions to high-performance athletes. He brings the same evidence-based, patient-centred approach to everyone who walks through the door.

Yes. As our sessions are provided by CORU-registered chartered physiotherapists, they can be claimed through all major Irish health insurers including VHI, Laya Healthcare, Irish Life Health, and GloHealth. Sessions are also eligible for tax relief under the Med 1 scheme, saving you up to 75% per session.
A longevity clinic takes a proactive, evidence-based approach to helping you stay healthy, strong, and mobile as you age. There is no wrong age to invest in your longevity. We work with clients in their 40s who want to be proactive about their long-term health, and with clients in their 80s who want to maintain strength and independence. The earlier you start, the greater the benefit β but it is never too late.
BIA is a safe, fast, and non-invasive technology that sends a very small electrical signal through the body to measure body composition. It gives us accurate data on your bone mass, muscle mass, body fat percentage, and metabolic age β providing a precise baseline and allowing us to track your progress over time.
Yes. Where relevant, we actively link in with GPs and other medical practitioners to arrange blood work and DEXA scans. We can also communicate directly with your consultant or GP to ensure your programme is aligned with your wider medical care.
Our practitioners are chartered physiotherapists with advanced clinical qualifications β not personal trainers. Every programme is built on a clinical assessment, informed by your body composition data, and designed with your long-term health as the primary goal. We also integrate lifestyle medicine, medical collaboration, and rehabilitation β something a standard gym or PT simply cannot offer.
