March 1, 2017I've visited Alice and Declan in Peak Physio a number times for back pain and a knee injury. From the first session they identify the source of the pain giving you an understanding of your injury and how you can prevent it in the future. They use an app which show you how to do the exercises which is really handy and give detailed instructions on how to do them. The online booking system is great and the opening hours are brilliant too. The Peak Physio team are super friendly and highly professional and I would recommend for any sort of injury!

December 4, 2020I was in Dublin for a week on business and I experienced a recurrence of significant pain in my neck with impaired range of motion.
